Play area was disgusting....food and trash everywhere. I couldn't even let the kids play, let alone take their shoes off. Soda machines tasted horrible so I told an employee and he rolled his eyes. They never Changed the soda out. Employees were coughing and sneezing into their hands while bagging French fries. I'm new to the area and I won't be back to this McDonald's. This is the reason WV has a bad reputation. Disguisting.
Not bad food is alright, fries usually suck...milkshakes are rare lol and always check your bag!
Once again their advertising pictures are misleading when you look at the sign it says mc 5 you believe you are getting two of your choice plus fries and a drink in all reality you're only getting two burgers of the same or 2 one of each and the fries and drink our extra it may wind up costing you 8 to $10 for two burgers fries and soft drink instead of the 5 for the mc5 once again buyer beware we both know that they did this to get you to spend more money what else are they doing to get us to spend more money Hummmm ? mc profits are rising
High chairs were dirty....7am. Staff friendly and food good.
Every time I go there everyone is extremely rude and 2/10 times the food tastes old and definitely not fresh at all.
