Went in for the pit crew oil change. Waited about an hour. Went to pay and had to refuse upsells for about 10 minuites on the headlight cleaning claiming it wouldnt pass inspection (car did pass) after oil change was done i pulled around front to check the oil and filter. Oil change was done properly.
4 hours of wait for a normal oil change!! and they didn't have an oil filter to replace!!! the total was $78 for an OIL CHANGE?!
TOTALLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! RUN AWAY!
I will never under any circumstances take my car here for anything ever again. Bought 4 new tires and also purchased road hazard on all 4. 24 hours after buying new tires I came out from work and my front tire had 5 lbs of air in it. Took it back over there obviously assuming the tire would be replaced....wrong. They put a plug in my brand new tire and said it was my fault, I obviously ran over something! Nothing was in the tire and it was leaking in the tread and around the valve stem. They broke 2 of the studs that hold the lug nuts on by torquing them as tight as possible. Then preceded to overfill my tires by 20-30 lbs!! I'm lucky my tires didn't bust on the way home. Take your car somewhere, anywhere else. We spoke to the manager, especially after one of their techs got up in my husband's face and cursed at him!! And you guessed it....management did absolutely nothing!!! These people are completely incompetent and I wouldn't let them work on my daughter's bicycle!!! Plan on multiple trips and repeated incompetence along with unwillingness to ever admit they did anything wrong if you go there for anything!! I'm so disgusted I won't shop at Walmart for anything at this point. I refuse to frequent an establishment who obviously care less about their customers!!!!
