Went through the automatic car wash and chose the 9 dollar option and it didn't even put soap or wax on my car. Literally sat through 4 cycles of water
We went through the automatic wash and paid for the $8 wash and it literally only rinsed it. I am beyond mad about this! Such a freaking rip off!! I will never come back again.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I paid $8 for the automatic wash and it did not work. There was a dribble of soap that came out, NO WASH, NO RINSE, NO AIR DRY-NOTHING! And there is no number to call nor anyone to contact nor anyone on site to contact for this. I am going to file a report with the AG's office. They MUST do a better job. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
After 4 min of rinse cycle, I still had soap all over my car. I even jiggled the handle to make sure it had properly switched to rinse, no luck. I used the last $9 I had to wash my car this day too. I was very unsatisfied. I will not return here and have advised my friends and family the same ever since.
Paid $8 too and car wash did not work.... vacuum didn’t work..... and no one answer a call when I called to get my $ back
