The customer service here was terrible when I went in during their semi-annual sale. The sales people did not ask at all if I need help, let alone greet me, and when the cashier asked if I was assisted and told her no, her apology was insincere. She didn't even try to make things better not did she ask if I had any coupons when the girl beside her was giving that customer was giving her multiple discounts.
I love BB&W...their products are amazing, the candles are wonderful, and I love their foaming hand wash. And of course their seasonal products keep me coming back!!
