Very unhappy with customer service. Staffing is cut so low at auto care that it’s a 2 hour wait to drop off car to buy tires. Just to have someone type in the info and drop off the car - then it’s another 5 hour wait to have the tires put on the car. The rate is about 3 customers an hour. RIDICULOUS. I refuse to help anyone else buy tires at Walmart ever again. NEVER again.
I typically despise going to Walmart anymore because it is so much easier to just shop on Amazon and not have to deal with lines or rude employees. However, I was pleasantly surprised today while shopping with my wife and son. I had not one, but three employees go out of their way to help us and ask if we needed help finding what we were looking for. One guy was probably better than 30 feet away from us when he saw us looking around and walked over to ask us if we needed help finding something. This is what Walmart used to be like, and it is why I always enjoyed shopping there in the past. Hopefully they can keep it up long term and return to their roots like when Sam Walton was around.
Just two words, animal abuse. I have NEVER been to a place with fish in such bad conditions. The tanks had dead fish in them, they were dirty, & extremely overcrowded. We removed as many as five dead fish from ONE TANK. The fish looked ill & seemed as if they hadn’t been fed in awhile. Like I said, this is ANIMAL ABUSE & I truly hope no one buys fish from this business.

Good shopping today. Found most all I needed. Only had to get help with the frozen juice cause it's never in the same place each time I go. But at least the worker was polite.
