My daughter and myself was out shopping and we decide to get our nails done. We usually go to Nails and Spa in Saint Albans but we was in this location and figured we try it out. NEVER again! The staff was extremely pushy and kept pushing gel polish or pink powder because it was stronger (that is not true). On top of all that they was it extremely overpriced!!! I will continue to take my business to Nails and Spa in SA. Where their customer experience is outstanding. They are friendly and talk and joke with everyone. PLUS they do a terrific job!!
I would not recommend Nails 2001 to anyone.
Absolutely terrible. Pedicure was 10minutes, no attention to detail whatsoever. Manicure was even worse! Hard to believe they charge $42 for a mani pedi that includes no more than a swipe with polish and 10 seconds of scrub....won't be back ever.
Hard to even give it a 1 star. Way over priced. 15 minute pedicures. Cost $35. No massage or calluse removal. Went with my mom and niece (4yr old). Charged $38 for 4yr old. Our Polish came off in 2 days. The tools went right back in the basket without cleaning. Very unsafe.
Poor service. Nails are always sloppy and sharp. Way too overpriced for the low quality. Nail polish bottles are dirty and have stuff all over them. Lady who did my nails even dropped the polish brush in her lap and just picked it back up and continued painting my nails with it. $50 for a gell acrylic fill in that is sloppy and rushed is outrageous. They are also extremely rude if you ask for a refund or anything of the sort.
I got a full gel set which was quite expensive, the nails were extremely crooked. I said something but the man just argued me which is ridiculous. They still made me pay the complete price although they looked horrible. Two weeks later five nails broke off because they weren't even glued properly. Absolutely ridiculous
