Well, for the past week my husband who works the hoot-owl shift had been trying in a daily basis to get a physical. But for some reason they advertise that they're open till 5. The first day was out fault completely, but the second and 3rd times was the Dr's fault completely! He leaves at the least 2 hours early on a daily basis, for whatever reason. NO ONE cared to tell us that he does that daily until Friday, when we missed him by 7 minutes. The receptionist/nurse didn't even inform my husband that he could make an appt. for Saturday. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business!
