I had received a bill under 200.00 and so I had called to inform them that I were 8 months pregnant and placed on bed rest and unable to pay the bill at the moment . The representative told me it was okay, that I could pay it at anytime when I can. I also requested confirmation or if she could notate my account regarding our conversation and agreement, she replied, stating that she did notate my account and to call back to make payments or I could pay in person . Right after I had delivered my baby girl, I had called to request a payment plan and this woman who was very rude, told me she had already sent it to collections and when I told her a different representative told me I can pay it when I can. She told me I was lying. I was just silent , didn't know what to say. But I guess she thought I hung up so she started talking badly about me to someone in the office. They are rude and unprofessional. The way how they treat their customers and operate is just dysfunctional !
