NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS GINOS GET OUR MONEY! The owner was RUDE and a very nasty women in nice words....she was a liar to me about when my food had left, and how I know is the driver told me he hadn’t left yet. It took well over an hour to get our food delivered...I asked to speak to manager and surprised to know she was the OWNER and refused to give me her name. She sure doesn’t aim to please when a customer isn’t satisfied. She sure was a unhappy person. South Charleston Ginos is a horrible ran facility. My family will absolutely never eat there again and I hope that people see her for what she is and doesn’t support her business anymore!!!
Ordered two pizzas on my way home from work to pick up and take to the park to meet my wife and kids. Got to Gino's five minutes AFTER my promised ready time to be told that they hadn't been put it in the oven yet and it would be another 15-20min. Very frustrating and very hard to explain to three hungry children.
Ginos in South Charleston is my favorite one in the chain. Always excellent food and service. Never ever been disappointed.
Staffed poorly... seemed as though there was only one person working the entire dining room. Not good on Friday night...
The South Charleston store is one of the finest places to eat in the valley. It's also safe as the police and fire department eat there often.
.Their food is delicious, plenty of parking, handicap accessible and a fabulously friendly staff of the Knight family owned business. Try them and you'll go back again.
