If you haven't been here, then you must be new to the area. Blue's has been a local foundation since I was a kid. The barbeque is out of this world. If you like meat, welcome to your new found church.
I left unhappy. First off they don't have a lot to choose from at all. We got porky fries which I will say were the only good thing. I tried to get the pork rib sandwich but they were out so we both got the beef brisket sandwich which was a big disappointment. They were both 95% fat. It was gross I need up putting the pork off the fries on my bun just to have some meat on my kosher roll. The baked beans tasted burnt. We paid over $25 for about 3 bites each. I don't know if they were having an off day or what but I will never go back or refer anyone to go there
"New" Blues BBQ. Todd the owner has a heart of a lion and the grit of an old school line cook. He holds high standards to his recipes, Smoke and service. Enjoy the "New Blues BBQ

Blues is amazing. I want to try everything on the menu but I've been getting the jerk sandwich and the rib platter for awhile (my two favs). Friendly staff and great food. I recommend it to everybody I know.
