I would have loved to given this place more stars, but there is one huge bump that has prevented me from doing that. My husband dropped off our foxhound here to be neutered, and when I came to pick him up and pay for the procedure, the old lady at the front desk straight up LIED to me & told me my husband wanted me to purchase their flea medication for our dog as well. I was baffled to hear that at first since our dog uses Advantage flea med & has ZERO fleas, but I thought well if hubby said to get it, there must be a good reason. So I asked her how much the medicine was, and when she told me $65, I said NO WAY! So I ended up paying for the procedure alone, took my dog & left & went straight to my husband's work to ask him about the flea medication. He was as stunned as I was because he NEVER told anyone there that we needed their flea med. Needless to say, they tried to dupe me, & I will never return to this vet with any of my pets because of it. I must say tho, the rest of the staff did seem quite friendly, & my dog did heal up great from his surgery!
I got my dog seen as a walk in, the staff were kind and compassionate, the vet communicated well with us, did not order unnecessary tests, and gave my dog the treatment she needed at an affordable price. Highly recommended.
Dr. Smith went over and beyond for my pups each time I needed him. The complete staff is great.
