I'm usually greeted with a smile and courtesy with the exception of Black Friday. They had a heavy set black girl greeting ppl as they came in. She was sitting down in a chair across the room with a scowl on her face. It was very noisy in there, and she was saying something that I couldn't understand from across the room. She never bothered to get up out of her chair, and she complained the whole time I was there. Very bad for business. No name tag or anything. I thought she was just a disgruntled customer. I asked her a question and she acted like she didn't know what was going on. Apparently she was working the door from across the room but didn't want to be there.
Friendly staff, but seemed pressed for time and hurried.
