I do NOT like that this GameStop puts a CD from a drawer in an open display case when you purchase a "new" game. Unless you get it within a few days of release, you always magically wind up with the "last" copy that was of course being used as a display. The other GameStop near me does not do this.

The staff were infinitely helpful and polite, and the store was clean and organised. My only complaint would be pricing, which obviously isn't something local staff have a say in. Overall a good experience, every time I've been here. I find it is even simpler than attempting to peruse their website for used games, anyway!
