Not a good experience. Left this store drove to mall to a corporate store was helped in two mins.
POOR POOR service!!!! I'm disabled; I really need my phone. My hubby took my phone to this store 3 days in a row and it wasn't fixed. I had to skip my kidney dialysis treatment and call customer service my self. They walked me through factory reboot and now my phone works. They SOLD me this phone, the store should be responsible and fix it, it's only 6 months old. I DON'T CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
