Put a application for an apartment over almost a year have not heard back from them every time I call to check on it told they will call back and it seems like they don't want people who actually work to live there trying to get in there it's a little closer to work they keep dragging their feet
DO NOT MOVE TO SOUTHMOOR! Management is untrained, unprofessional, and just an over all mess. Maintenance does absolutely nothing. The town homes are infested with mold. The people that live there are disgusting, rude, bums that let all their little brats run wild all day.
Dont do it . Ive been here 4 years wish i could get out.
I have lived in Southmoor for almost 2 years. I have never had any issues. It has been a quiet and safe place to raise my family. I would recommend it to anyone.
