Couldn't believe how rude this guy was..I stopped in and Asked about repairing something he told me he couldn't give me a time frame when it would be done and if I needed it done sooner I should have brought it in 2 wks earlier. .The building stunk of smoke and wasn't clean . definitely will not step back in that building
Called to ask a question and the guy was so rude!!! Would never patronize a shop like this !!! Might want to get some customer service skills jacka$$!!
Very rude over the phone, I had to ask if this was a business. And when asked to have a small heel reduced to a flat, his reply was, "well, how flat do you want it to be?" He could have saved the sarcasm. I would not recommend doing business with anyone who talks to a potential customer with no respect whatsoever. When I told him I just wanted a window of the price he got smart again, saying I can't give you an estimate until I see it. I said other places were willing to give me an estimate on the info I provided. He then proceeds to ask well, who are they. I said that doesn't matter, you are being quite rude to a potential customer, all the while he's talking over me and eventually hung up on me. I have never experienced such rudeness.
Guy is extremy rude. Talks bad about other customers. Horrible customer service. Doesn't get things done on time. Don't take your business here.
