The guy in there was a total butthole and wouldnt help what so ever. Boost mobile is just terrible service overall and you can never get a real person on the phone and if you do its some iranian that still barley helps ya.
Dishonest Untrustworthy Unprofessional. The fat slob at the counter has no product knowledge and worse customer service skills. Seen him lie to an old lady so she'd buy a new phone when a factory reset would have returned her phone to new condition. Once I went in to buy a new phone and the fat slob had his boy there behind the counter with him watching TV together. He wouldn't quit watching TV to pay attention to the questions I had. I don't pay any payments there and always give a bad reference.
