I was there a week ago and again this week. The lady who helped us with our fish, Crystal, was amazing! She was very kind and very knowledgeable about the fish. We held her up for at least 30 minutes. Not once did she get inpatient with us, or get aggravated. I was very excited to see her again when we went back because our fish died. Thankyou Crystal for making our pets mart trip easy and a blast!
The layout of the store is a little confusing and it looks more like a warehouse than a shopping place, however, they do have really good deals and a variety of pet products although most of their product is for dogs and cats, not smaller pets.
The best place to take your pets shopping with you and have a good time.
The coworkers got out a chinchilla and a Guinea pig for my toddler to pet, and they had cats too and a good cat toy selection.
Great selection of pet supplies, some things are a bit over priced though but that's anywhere. Deducted one star due to not price matching online competitors when most everywhere else does.
