Stopped by here one day before work, around 10, and they weren't even open yet (why would any business still be closed at 10?). I decided to take a look around the place and look at the vehicles just to see what they had. The "dealership" is in this old rinky dink house that looks decent from the front, but once you go around back it looks like a crack house. The back of the house was disgusting and it just so happens that's where they keep their "budget" vehicles. Since my visit to Hah Pre-Owned, I've read a few reviews of the place and many of them mentioned that they tried to put them in beat up and ratty vehicles, so I'm sure the vehicles they keep out back are the ones that the reviews were mentioning. When I was at the dealership, they had an older Dodge truck out back and the door was unlocked so I looked in it. The entire dashboard was missing and the wiring and bare metal were sticking out of where the dash normally would be. If that truck is the kind of vehicle they're willing to sell someone, they need their business license revoked because that can't be safe.

Fast forward to this afternoon and I explained to her exactly what steps I took...and my down payment was cut in HALF on a NEWER vehicle! I'm driving away in a 2014 Focus that I can afford myself without a cosigner. The whole process has only taken a few hours and I'm driving it home. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Take it from someone who ruined their credit right out of high school and struggled with those repercussions as a young adult... They do right by you here.
This place is horrid. They refused to sell us a vehicle because we have great credit??? Their exact words "we are only in the market to sell to people with bad credit or no credit to help them build credit." Then they walked away and refused service! What kind of place would refuse service to people with good credit?!
They gave us useful information but asked more than a big lot for a down payment. If you have very bad credit and are rebuilding it they would be a good option though! Just make sure you have a few thousand saved up before hand.
I had purchased a 2005 dodge from hah back in February and in September started having issue I took it back and told rob what it was doing he say he would take care of it and he did he went above what he had to do to make sure my truck and myself were taking care of I read alot of negative comments which myself can't believe because my dealing with hah was above what anyone would do so for that rob I say thank you.
