I ended up at Tim Short Acura because I was shopping for a replacement car through Nationwide's website. However, I was impressed that Paula (internet sales manager) responded to my email inquiry right away - as opposed to other dealers who never responded to me. She had James take care of us - who was fairly new, but he won me over with his patience to my million questions. In the end, I feel that I got a good deal on a great vehicle. Felt like they didnt have time to deal with us. When we went to ask a question we were cut off. Not to mention when we told them we were interested in particular types of vehicles they tried to push completely different types on us. They lost out on a sale that's for sure. We went straight to Moses and drove off the lot with a vehicle within 2 hours.

Service dept is excellent. Very professional yet friendly. Comfortable clean waiting area. And yes, they wash your car after oil changes! This type of customer care will keep me at this dealership.
