I AM GIVING ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT POST WHAT YOU THINK UNLESS YOU GIVE SOME SORT OF STAR. YESTERDAY MY HUSBAND HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 8 AM FOR OIL CHANGE ON HIS TRUCK--WE DROPPED OFF AT 7:45 AND WALKED TO SUSIES BREAKFAST PLACE AFTER INFORMING THEM WE WERE WAITING. CHECKED BACK IN AFTER THAT---STILL NOT DONE. STILL WAITING---THE TRUCK WAS NOT DONE UNTIL 2 PM WITH AN APPOINTMENT---THEY SAID THEY SAW HIM WALK OUT THE DOOR THEREFORE THEY TOOK ALL WALK INS BEFORE HIS ---NOT EXCEPTABLE!!! WHY NOT JUST SHOW UP INSTEAD OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. OUR TIME IS ALSO VALUBLE!!!!
I bought a 2011 Buick Lucerne from this dealership a week ago. I live in Tennessee and found the car online. I picked up the car and drove it home to Tennessee. It drove great for one day, then the transmission went out on it. I picked it up on Wednesday and the transmission went out Thursday evening. I called Friday and let them know what happened. First I was told to pull the battery cable to reset it. I tried that and when that didn't work I took it to my mechanic who told me the transmission needed to be replaced and that this is a common problem with this transmission. I called the dealership back and let them know what was going on. They told me to get them a quote. That was Friday afternoon so I called back Monday morning with the quote. When I told him the quote he acted surprised and said it was the first he had heard of this and that he would have to talk to his manager. Now it's Thursday and I still haven't heard back from them. I keep getting the run around and right now I have a $12,000 piece of yard art that they are doing nothing to fix. I'm probably going to have to take them to court to get my money back. Thank goodness for lemon laws but how much is it going to cost me to get my money back or get them to fix it. My advice is don't walk but run from this place. They are all smiles and friendly when taking your money but if there is an issue they do not stand by their vehicles at all.

By far the easiest pain free car buying experience I’ve ever went through and when the time comes to buy another one we will deff be repeat customers!
They nickle and dime every interaction, much more expensive than even other dealerships. Oftentimes problems are created rather than solved and then they pressure you to pay to have them fixed. Vehicles are never ready even remotely close to appt time. For three years I have never walked away happy or satisfied fully with the work done despite paying an arm and a leg. Look elsewhere trust me.
Went with my son to find a car. Steve Holmes made it very easy, not a pushy salesman. Let him take the car for a test drive without a salesman riding along : ) Jeff was very professional dealing with all the paperwork. Good experience overall.
