Difficult to find Service Department.
Joe Holland is a nice dealership, however the location is odd. Customer parking is awkward. The building is nice and the salesmen are nice.
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They post pictures of the high end edition of the vehicle rather than the actual vehicle. I drove 3 hours after speaking with online customer service and the sales man about the car, and once I got there, they informed me they were the wrong pictures, and that wasn't the car for the price. Instead of offering to get close to the price that I was told, since it was their mistake, they tried to get me to pay the regular price. One of the sales managers, Scott, got defensive when I referred to this as a bait and switch tactic and that I had been informed that they had done this to 5 other customers in the last 6 months. Very dishonest and sneaky dealership.
Very good people to deal with, walked in and was greeted promptly. Great car dealer! Have a nice selection of vehicles and are willing to work with you anyway they can to make sure you're taken care of. Will continue to do business with them.
Talked to a "Scott" in parts. Had a problem with brake pads not fitting on my elantra. He made it clear he couldn't care less without actually saying it. He's been trained well. Just reinforces my opinion of these overrated, overpriced dealerships.
